With the Etiqa+ pre-login feature, you can access selected services quickly without logging in. Among others, you can:
- Sign up or renew insurance or takaful
- Request a Guarantee Letter (GL) for hospital admission overseas
- Request 24/7 roadside assistance

Sign Up or Renew a Plan On The Go
If you’re always on the go, Etiqa+ is an essential app to have on your phone. With it, you can sign up for insurance or takaful no matter where you are.
It only takes a few simple steps to sign up:
- Launch the Etiqa+ app.
- Tap on ‘Buy’.
- Select the coverage you need, such as car, motorcycle, or home coverage and you’ll be redirected to the product page on our website.
- Fill in the required information and make your payment or contribution to enjoy the coverage.
Make Monthly Payments or Contributions
The Etiqa+ app also offers the convenience of making monthly insurance payments or takaful contributions in-app for any of Etiqa’s life and health protection plans.
Like the helpful renewal reminders for motor coverage, Etiqa+ will send push notifications when it’s time to make a payment or contribution. All you need to do is enable the push notification feature to get notified.
Submit and Track Claims
Etiqa+ makes it easy to submit and track your insurance or takaful claims, all within the app.
For instance, if you have Etiqa’s medical coverage, you can submit receipts for your medical expenses through the app to be reimbursed. In the unfortunate event of hospitalisation, you can claim daily hospital allowance for a specified number of days.
